I am so happy I called 1st Choice! I had a heating system emergency. Matt came out the day I called and trouble shot the unit. My 1970s system had finally reached its end of life. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and relable. He installed a new heating system including AC within a week. I am an extremely satisfied customer and recommend Matt and 1st Choice without hesitation!

Just used these guys to install a brand new air conditioning system. They were on point from the time we called for a quote until the job was done. We looked at other companies and got other quotes, but the fact that this is a local family owned and operated business could not be overlooked. When we called for a quote we got an immediate response and Matt came out on the scheduled day on time. Their quote was very reasonable and when we confirmed with them that we wanted to move forward they provided a definitive beginning and end date for the project. When it came time to install our system, they arrived on time as scheduled and got to work. Everything went smoothly and they even stayed late to finish the job on time. Their work product was top notch. Not only did they install the AC unit but they also redid our ducts. Matt took the time to explain how the system worked and answered all my questions. When our intake/return grate started rattling a couple days later as a result of the new system (not their fault) Matt came out immediately and came up with a simple fix at no charge. It's rare to find a service company that truly cares about their customers but I feel that First Choice truly does.
