Axis Appliance Repair at 3815 Mission Avenue #204, Oceanside, California.

Zero service, zero stars: My nightmare with Axis isn't even over yet and they are ineligible for any stars. It took 2 days after contacting Home Depot Protection Plan to get an appointment. When the tech came out he said he was only there to diagnose the problem. We had two parts needed for our dryer - he said it would be two weeks to get the parts and then another two weeks to get them back out. Not acceptable. We had to call at each point in the process (call to get them to schedule another appointment when the parts arrived, etc.). When the tech came for visit #2, he accused my wife of running the dryer after he left, since there was another part broken. Why would we run a dryer with a broken belt?
Then he said he'd misdiagnosed it and they needed to order the third part. That part was supposed to arrive last Friday, but as of Monday (today) they "haven't unpacked that parts that came in Friday." The office staff have been dissembling and rude at every turn. I will try to update this review later but I don't have high expectations.
