There aren’t enough words for how amazing Darkside Fitness is! If you’ve been thinking about trying pole dancing (or already do it but are looking for a new studio) you have to come dance here! It’s a really positive, comfortable space for you to be yourself and it’s great whether you’re a beginner (like me) or have a background in dance.

You start out with the Intro to Pole class with Andrea or Amy (they’re both amazing), then after that you can take any of the other classes they have. They all definitely complement each other, so I’d recommend getting a class package or plan so you can try out the different ones. You’ll be amazed at A) how quickly you start picking up the basics after a few classes, B) how there’s always so much more to learn/practice/try with pole, and C) what a sexy badass you are.

Every person I’ve ever taken a class with has been super warm and friendly. Everyone is just happy to be there! No matter your shape or age or whether you think you fit the profile of a dancer, this place has space for you. Everyone is sexy in their own beautiful way and you don’t have to wear 8” heels and booty shorts to be that (but you definitely can if you want to!). It’s a no-judgement zone for you to be yourself, challenge yourself, feel sexy, and have fun. I’ve been going for a few months now, and it’s become a really happy place I can go and take my mind off everything else going on in my life for an hour or two.
