I made an appointment a week in advance for a perm (which I was told they only do on weekends)only to arrive and be told that no one does perms. The worst part was that all three stylists were conferring amongst themselves rather than just addressing the customer. One girl finally said she hasn't done a perm in 18 years, but she could 'Try'. Who wants to pay someone to TRY to do a service?!?! I realize that this is not a real salon, but come on! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I Won't be coming back.
It ended well, though. We went to a competitor in the same strip mall - Hair Port - and Ann was gracious enough to fit us in and did a fantastic job with outstanding customer service.
