My Wife and I came in the other day to try out some beds to see what we liked and had no real intention in buying day of, but with Will's help, we found our perfect bed in less than an hour! Will was so helpful and patient while he tried to help us figure out what we liked best and gave us many options to choose from.

Financing was a breeze as well, as he helped us out the whole time and even thought of options to help us cut down costs a little. He was very knowledgeable and confident that made me feel welcome from the very start, and refrained from using a spiel or script for help, but tailored the entire interaction to our habits and us personally.

Delivery was also very easy, as the men were in and out with my old mattress in about 10 minutes, and I didn't have to do any heavy lifting at all! Overall this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks!
